This policy explains how account information, photos, payments, and generated videos are handled on Bicep Heart AI (bicepheart.art).

Information We Collect

When you use Bicep Heart AI, you can sign in with Google or via email verification code. We collect your email address, account ID, and credit balance to maintain your account. Photos you select and aspect ratio settings are saved locally in your browser as a draft so they persist during sign-in and checkout. Local drafts are automatically cleared after 24 hours or when you log out.

Uploaded Photos and Video Processing

Your selected photo is uploaded to our secure servers only when you click generate. Uploaded images are transmitted to our video generation infrastructure solely for the purpose of synthesizing your Bicep Heart video. We do not use your personal photos to train public generative models. Uploaded reference images are automatically deleted from temporary storage within seven days.

Payments & Billing

Payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or billing credentials on our servers. Stripe processes all payment data in accordance with their strict security and privacy standards.

Analytics & Cookies

We use essential first-party cookies to keep you signed in and preserve your session preferences. We also use privacy-focused analytics tools (such as Google Analytics with anonymized IP and Microsoft Clarity) to understand site usage and improve performance. We do not sell personal data to third parties or data brokers.
